To document and share memories of Kaigi on Rails 2026, we plan to publish photos taken by the official photographers during the event.
We will publish photos based on the following criteria:

• Only photos where individuals pictured are all clearly wearing a "photography allowed" strap.

By wearing a "photography allowed" strap, you acknowledge and agree that photos taken by the organizers, in which you appear, may be published following the event.
If you find a photo published by the Kaigi on Rails Team you would like removed for any reason, please contact us at [email protected]. We will promptly remove the photo.
Reasons why someone might request photo be removed include (but are not limited to):

• the photo contains someone wearing a "photography not allowed" strap
• the photo captures something you don't want published

We ask that all attendees present at the Kaigi on Rails 2026 venue carefully observe the following:

• Do not take photos of people wearing a "photography not allowed" strap.
• Do not publish or share photos that include people (even partially) whose photography status is unclear.

We ask all participants to promptly delete any photos upon request from individuals who do not wish to be photographed. If as an individual you find it difficult to make that request, please contact us at [email protected]. We will handle the request on your behalf.
Additionally, we ask that you confirm with individuals in the photo before uploading to social media, blogs, etc.
