Regarding the use of official photos taken at Kaigi on Rails 2025

To document and share memories of Kaigi on Rails 2025, we plan to publish photos taken by the official photographers during the event.
We will publish photos based on the following criteria:

  • Only photos where individuals pictured are all clearly wearing a "photography allowed" strap.

By wearing a "photography allowed" strap, you acknowledge and agree that photos taken by the organizers, in which you appear, may be published following the event

If you find a photo published by the Kaigi on Rails Team you would like removed for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] . We will promptly remove the photo.

Reasons why someone might request photo be removed include (but are not limited to):

  • the photo contains someone wearing a “photography not allowed” strap
  • the photo captures something you don't want published

Regarding photos taken by participants

We ask that all attendees present at the Kaigi on Rails 2025 venue carefully observe the following:

  • Do not take photos of people wearing a “photography not allowed” strap.
  • Do not publish or share photos that include people (even partially) whose photography status is unclear.

We ask all participants to promptly delete any photos upon request from individuals who do not wish to be photographed. If as an individual you find it difficult to make that request, please contact us at [email protected] . We will handle the request on your behalf.

Additionally, we ask that you confirm with individuals in the photo before uploading to social media, personal blogs, etc.

ついて

Kaigi on Rails 2025では、Kaigi on Railsの様子がどのようなものであったかの記録のため、運営が撮影した写真を公開する予定です。
我々は、以下のような基準で写真を公開します。

  • 撮影可のストラップを着用していることが明確な人物しか写っていない写真

撮影可のストラップを着用している方に関しては、運営が撮影した写真を公開することに同意したものとします。

Kaigi on Rails Teamによって公開された写真に、以下のような削除してほしい写真がある場合 [email protected] までご連絡ください。すみやかに削除させていただきます。

  • 撮影不可のストラップを着用しているのに写り込んでいる
  • 公開して欲しくないのに公開されてしまっている

参加者の皆様が撮影する写真について

Kaigi on Rails 2025に会場参加する皆さまには、以下の項目についてご配慮いただきますようお願いします。

  • 撮影不可のストラップを着用している人の写真は撮影しない
  • 撮影可かどうか不明な人物（人体の一部も含む）が写った写真については公開、共有をしない

参加者の皆さまにも、撮影されたくない方からの写真の削除依頼があった場合はすみやかに削除していただくようお願いいたします。自分で削除の依頼が難しい場合、 [email protected] までご連絡ください。代理で対応させていただきます。
